Dr. Cravatta has read more than 35,000 pulses. She has been given the siddhi to be able to practice Messenger Pulse. This allows her the ability to effectively do phone consultations. She is currently seeing patients in-person in Berkeley and Grass Valley, CA. Many have experienced the Messenger Pulse with Dr. Cravatta and have realized the benefits and effectiveness of this method of doing consultation.
The Initial Exam involves a discussion about your health history, your current health concerns, and your emotional well being. You will be asked about your dietary choices, exercise, and other aspects of your lifestyle.
Dr. Cravatta will then take your pulse to determine your Ayurvedic Body Type (Prakriti), Doshic imbalances (Vikriti) including Subdoshas at play and the Dhatus (Tissues) affected by inbalance. The Pulse Reading may also indicate subtle emotional or mental blocks that may be hindering your personal growth.
She will then set up a healing routine that will be tailored to your special needs. This might include: dietary recommendations, herbal therapy, lifestyle suggestions, cleansing techniques, or many other helpful tips for you to incorporate into your day.
