About Shaktiveda Ayurveda

Shaktiveda Ayurveda is a natural system of health care that brings an understanding of Consciousness into every aspect of one’s personal journey towards wholeness. This is done through a many faceted approach that includes services in our clinic (consultations, marma therapy, and pancha karma), herbal products, meditation workshops & CDs, Shaktiveda Yoga, Awaken Within Yoga DVD, Group Cleanse, newsletter, health classes, and advanced studies for the practitioner.

Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta, a Chiropractor, is the Founder and President of Shaktiveda. She began her study of Ayurveda in 1979. She is a renowned master of Pulse Diagnosis or Nadi Vigyan – Knowledge of the subtle energies. Having taken over 40,000 pulse readings she is highly skilled in this delicate art.

Dr. Cravatta, a direct disciple of Kriya Babaji, places an emphasis on how to remove obstacles to a greater flow of awareness in your daily life. There is a level in the pulse that allows her to know what Chakra and Kosha you are working on, which indicates your karmic life lessons. Gaining this understanding of the self allows you to see why your life has unfolded the way that it has. You are then better able to make progress on your personal path. Your consultation may be either in person, on the phone, or using Skype.

Shaktiveda Herbal has been designed to assist you on your Journey to greater well being. We have a full line of 100 products for all of your family’s needs. Our products use Organic Ingredients and are Shakti Infused with Mantras to potentiate their effect.

Shaktiveda Yoga was created out of Dr. Cravatta’s desire to address imbalances on physical and subtle levels to truly assist in healing.
